When submitting a claim all information requested must be provided, including full name, address, phone number, email address, Hisense product code, valid serial number, purchase date, retailer, and copy of proof of purchase.

Once a claim has been validated, the cookware voucher will be provided as an e-Gift card within 45 days of the claim being validated.
